Somebody who left the company entered an admin password in the 370.

I want to reset it to defaults. How to do? Every option asks me the admin password.

We changed the http-admin password to 1234 via the panel but doesn't work.

Is there a hole where we can hard reset? We find 2 little holes on the bottom of the phones but can't find the use of these holes.

Thanks in advance.

You can do this from the web interface.
http://phonesIpAdr/a...htm?reset=Reset
Or you can reboot the phone, press any key to boot to tftp, and upload a new firmware.
BTW the deault password is "0000"

That reset is for firmware 3.x through 6.x. Please also take a look at this page in the FAQs http://wiki.snom.com......respectively (under #2) and you'll see some information on doing this, and the command for firmware 7.x. I just used this one last week and it was successful.

I tried 1-3 but I will try updating firmware, I didn't know that would reset the password. Thanks.
