trixbox call recording

hi
i did not get call recordings on trixbox 2.8.0.4 from my softphones,call monitor shows the recordings but it did not playing the recording,kindly give me the solution of this problem, i will be very thankful

Please give some more information regarding your setup.
How is voice recording configured in Trixbox and the phone?

i am using vmware workstation for trixbox.
i set inbound and outbound recording to always in the extension menu,my xlite softphone is well connected to trixbox and shows ready to use on screen,in general settings/call recording
Asterisk Dial command options: tr
Asterisk Outbound Dial command options:empty

Extension Recording Override: disable
Call recording format: wav
Recording Location: empty
Run after record: empty

when i use system call recordings to record voice from my soft phone, this error occurs
[ERROR] The Recorded File Does Not exists:
/tmp/111-ivrrecording.wav

make sure you uploaded or recorded a file with the entered extension
when i make a call from my one soft phone to another ,after that when i see the call monitor in the recordings, it shows me the recording in the monitor column with a play button, when i play the recording, this page occurs

uzair, it seems like there is some problem with your Trixbox configuration in general.
(Beside that you only mention Xlite so I'm wondering if you have running snom phones at all)

Please refer to the Trixbox forum in order to get this resolved.
