You don't need to set it up. The m9 will publish the presence state for the account automatically after you have upgraded to FW 9.2.33 or higher.
The presence status of the m9 OCS account can be seen in the contact list of the MOC client or on another Lync compatible device. e.g. when you place a call from the m9, the MOC client will display a RED light next to the m9 Contact indicating that the m9 is in call and so on.

The Lync caller ID issue is also resolved in FW 9.4.4 and onwards.

Hi!

I just upgraded my m9's to 9.4.4. But now when I try to answer an incoming call, the call is not answered. My MOC-client is still ringing even though I have answered the call on my m9. The audio is silenced and after at couple of seconds the m9 is disconnected.

Have I missed some kind of setup? I have 3 m9's and none of them is working anymore.

Regards

Håkan

Can you post the SIP Log from the m9 for the incoming call?

I solved it. RTP encryption was enabled. Disabling it solved my problem.

Another question: Have you solved the issue with external access through Lync Edge with m9?

This is hard to say. Some scenarios might or might not be working as this is still under development.
You might want to try it out and provide feedback.
