Is it possible to download the address book remotely or do I have to enter each number manually into each phone? Thanks.

Not that I've seen. However you can share contacts between handsets on the same gateway. So you only need to enter them in once.

Sorry for the late reply Simon.

You need to log in to through the web interface. In the 'Advanced' tab there is an option under 'security' called phonebook. Change it from disabled, to common.

!!!!!WARNING!!!! I just tested this out for the first time. It deleted my existing contacts when I made the change. But from then on, it shared any contacts I added.

Kevin.
